This week was a tough one, especially for my oldest. His much beloved chicken, Rhodey, whom he purchased with his own money, died.
For his birthday I had painted this portrait of his little friend and I'm glad we have this simple tribute to remember her by.
Awww, sorry about the chicken. I had a pet rooster once and of all things, a MINK got in his coop during the night and got him. My Dad heard a ruckus outside and went to see what was going on but it was too late. :(
